What will I be doing?

At BES group, we are working with several high-profile clients who have some exciting projects coming up into 2024, due to this and continued success, a fantastic opportunity is now available for qualified electricians to join our business in Scotland. You will work mostly as part of a team undertaking high quality electrical installations within domestic and commercial premises, other responsibilities include:

  • Electrical repairs across a variety of client sites including, local authorities and hospitals
  • LED lighting installation and testing of these installations to ensure safety
  • Installation of electric vehicle charging points across the UK, full training will be provided for this
  • Ensure compliance with company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Utilise our reporting software to accurately record electrical documentation
  • You will be expected to carry out electrical condition reporting providing details of any observations located
  • Always providing an exceptional level of customer service, while representing our brilliant company professionally

What experience do I need?

Our team consists of the best Electricians and we want our new recruits to have the same attitude, aptitude and appetite for what we do.

You will need:

  • 18th edition
  • An NVQ qualification is ideal but not essential, as is part of your 18th edition
  • Practical experience within domestic and commercial environments
  • Experience installing electric vehicle charge points is ideal but not essential, training can be provided
  • A flexible approach to working, you should be able and willing to work overtime to cover workloads during busy periods
  • The ability to work towards strict deadlines, ideally experience working on timed projects
  • CSCS card or equivalent
  • A good level of IT and literacy skills
  • Full driving licence
